Age and Ageing

                                      

This text was an formal text and designed for people interested in age and ageing. The purpose was to  understanding of ageing and illness. The text was divided into three main sections.

In the first section, the authors introduced the topic and gave some details about reducing activity in the face of chronic pain about age and ageing., for example older people major problem and activity restriction. They also mentioned that balance between safeguarding function, preventing pain exacerbation and avoiding medical interventions.

In the second section, the authors listed three major facet of the concept of their analysis. This included information about things such as dignity of identity, human right and autonomy. The authors provided details to show why, for example dignity of identity because staff and others on whom older people depended for basic care.

In the third section, the authors explained about advance care planning. This would enables patients to discusstheir goal and preferences for future care. It depends on clinicians being aware of what they are and willing to observe them.

The authors concluded that these not just information about age and ageing but it also gave preparation, restrictions activity, pain and care planning
